The Wildest Auction in the West is Boysville’s single largest fundraiser. Last year, we raised over $250,000 in one night to provide care for the children of Boysville. The monies raised at the event provide medical, dental, and counseling services to children who previously have had none. We also provide educational services including tutoring, mentoring and compensatory educational materials to bring a child current in their studies. There are 16,000 children in need in Bexar County. Child abuse statistics are increasing at an alarming rate. Bexar County is lacking in children services and Boysville is here to help stop the abuse cycle in families. By attending the Wildest Auction in the West, you are helping break the cycle of abuse in San Antonio.
This year we are pleased to have NBA Champion Bruce Bowen and his amazing wife Yardley to host the event. The Bowens are dedicated to bettering the lives of children and take a personal interest in ensuring that every child has a chance at a great life.
